JOB DESCRIPTION – PRIVATE CHEF

Position: Private Chef
Location: Golf Links, New Delhi – Private Villa
Family: Family of 4
Working Hours: Ideally 9–10 hours, inclusive of breaks
Weekly Off: 1 day

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Private Chef to manage the daily meal planning and preparation for a private family, with a robust focus on healthy, balanced and nutritious cooking. The chef will also be responsible for preparing meals for guests and small gatherings whenever required.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and prepare nutritious and balanced daily meals for the family.
Prepare meals for guests while maintaining the family's standards of hosting.
Design weekly and monthly menus focused on healthy cooking.
Coordinate with the family regarding dietary preferences and nutritional requirements.
Manage groceries, kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene,



food safety and cleanliness.
Ensure meals are prepared and served according to the family's schedule.
Keep the kitchen organised, well-stocked and efficiently managed.
Be comfortable preparing meals for guests and small gatherings at short notice.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of professional cooking experience.
Culinary qualification or relevant qualified cooking experience.
Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) preferred.
Robust knowledge of nutrition, food composition and healthy cooking methods.
Experience in preparing balanced, health-oriented meals for specific dietary requirements.
Strong attention to hygiene, food safety and presentation.
Discreet, professional and comfortable working closely with a private family.
