We are looking for a creative and analytical Content Strategist to plan, develop, and execute high-performing content across video, social media, and digital ad campaigns. You will bridge the gap between audience research, creative scriptwriting, and business goals—ensuring every piece of content drives engagement and conversions.

​Key Responsibilities
​Content Strategy & Planning: Build monthly content calendars for short-form video (Reels/Shorts), long-form videos (YouTube), and ad copy aligned with marketing campaigns.
​Research & Trend Identification: Analyze audience intent, monitor competitors, and spot trending audios/formats to keep the brand ahead of market trends.
​Scriptwriting & Narrative Direction: Write high-converting hooks, scripts, and storyboards for video editors and creators.
​Performance Analysis: Track content metrics (views, retention rates, CTR, lead conversions) and iterate strategies based on data insights.
​Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Video Editors, Graphic Designers, and Performance Marketers to ensure visual and tone consistency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
