Early Years Educator / Pre-Primary Teacher Bodhira Beyond School | Jaipur (Vatika) Bodhira Beyond School is looking for a warm, responsible and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our preschool team. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and understands that early-years education is about much more than completing a syllabus. What you will do - Create a warm, secure and engaging classroom workplace for young children. - Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities through play, stories, conversations, art, music, movement and exploration. - Support children's social, emotional, language and cognitive development. - Observe children closely and understand their individual needs and interests. - Communicate positively and professionally with parents. - Maintain classroom routines, records and learning documentation. - Work closely with the school team to continuously improve the learning experience. What we are looking for - Graduate in any relevant discipline; NTT / ECCE / Montessori qualification preferred. - Prior preschool/early-years teaching experience is preferred but freshers with the right attitude are welcome. - Good spoken English and Hindi. - Warm, patient and emotionally mature.



- Confident communicator with children and adults. - Creative, energetic and comfortable conducting activities, storytelling, music and movement. - Willingness to learn and adopt a child-centred, play-based approach. - Reliable and committed to the children and the school. We are looking for someone who is curious, observant, caring and genuinely interested in how young children learn. Location Vatika, Jaipur Employment Full-time Salary ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications and suitability.
