Welcome and interact professionally with customers visiting the GOLDPE branch.
Understand customer requirements and explain GOLDPE’s services clearly.
Generate and follow up on customer leads through calls and other channels.
Build solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
Explain the gold-selling and pledged-gold redemption process to customers.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into successful transactions.
Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
Represent GOLDPE professionally and maintain the company’s standards of trust and transparency.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
