Aleido India is looking for a Documentation Team Lead to for our Bengaluru delivery centre. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating documentation activities, guiding the team, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and serving as the primary day-to-day interface between client stakeholders and the documentation team.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical communication expertise with people leadership, delivery coordination, and a passion for modern content practices.

In addition to driving delivery excellence, the Team Lead will champion the adoption of AI and automation to improve documentation quality, productivity, and customer outcomes.
This role is suited to an experienced technical communicator who enjoys leading teams, working closely with clients, and building scalable documentation practices in a global delivery workplace.
