Role Overview
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Industry 4.0 and IIoT projects. You will guide a team of 10–15 engineers, interface with global clients (US/Europe), oversee technical architecture, and ensure high-quality software execution from hardware bring-up to cloud integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery & Management: Own multi-project delivery, effort estimation, Agile/Scrum planning, and team performance appraisals for 10–15 engineers.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary technical contact for US/Europe clients, handling status reporting,
