Required Skills:
1- Inbound Calls (2-3yrs experience)
2- Address customers queries
3- Valuable verbal n written communication english and hindi
4- Experience in handling data management.
5- Positive command over excel- Including advance excel.
6-Able to accept challenges and improve status quo.
7-To liaise with all customers (internal departments and customers) to ensure service levels are met.
8-To provide management reports as required.
9-To represent Customer Services at internal and external meetings as necessary and keep the team updated.
10-To process debit notes quickly and accurately.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
