Position: Purchasing Executive
Experience: 0–2 Years
Support sourcing and procurement of direct materials as per business requirements.
Obtain quotations from suppliers, compare offers, and prepare cost comparison statements.
Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) in ERP/SAP systems.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Planning, Quality, and Finance for procurement activities.
Maintain supplier databases, purchase records, contracts, and procurement documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in avoiding material shortages or excess stock.
Support supplier evaluation, development, and onboarding activities.
Participate in cost-saving, localization, and value-engineering initiatives.




Prepare procurement-related reports, MIS, and data analysis while ensuring compliance with company purchasing policies and ethical standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
1–2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is preferred.
Robust analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a cross-functional and quick-paced setting.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
