We are looking for a confident and motivated Cold Calling & Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential leads, understanding their business requirements, identifying the services they are looking for, and passing qualified leads to the appropriate team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
Introduce our company and explain our services clearly.
Understand the client's requirements, budget, and expected timeline.
Identify which services would be suitable for the client.
Qualify leads based on their requirements and level of interest.
Follow up with interested prospects through calls and messages.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status.
Schedule meetings or connect qualified leads with the sales/business team.
Meet daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




Maintain a qualified and friendly communication style with prospects.

Requirements
Valuable verbal communication skills in English.
Confident and comfortable speaking with recent people over the phone.
Basic understanding of sales and lead generation.
Ability to understand customer requirements and ask the right questions.
Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain lead records.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in telecalling, cold calling, sales, or lead generation is an advantage.
