Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager oversees people operations, statutory compliance, and talent management across corporate offices and active project sites. You balance office staff needs with a dispersed, field-based crew of skilled trades and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
Workforce Planning & Recruitment: Source and hire project managers, field supervisors, and skilled trades. Manage end-to-end onboarding and orientation.
Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce local labor laws, contract regulations, and job site safety protocols. Track mandatory safety certifications and training records.
Employee & Labor Relations: Resolve in office disputes, manage subcontractor compliance audits, and handle union relations where applicable.
Compensation & Payroll Support: Coordinate attendance tracking,



payroll inputs, advantages administration, and final settlements.
Training & Development: Coordinate safety workshops, skills upgrades, and compliance refresher courses for field teams.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in HR, with at least 2 years supporting heavy industrial, real estate, or construction sectors.
Skills: Robust knowledge of local labor legislation, conflict resolution, and field site communication

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
