We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, Google, email, calls, WhatsApp and other channels
Identify and approach potential Indian and international clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
Conduct cold calls and online/offline meetings
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients
Prepare and explain proposals and quotations
Maintain proper records of leads and client communication




Build long-term relationships with clients
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Coordinate with the technical team for project requirements and delivery
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / IT sales / business development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good English communication is preferred
Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills
Ability to understand basic IT services
Knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach and CRM/Excel
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
