Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
Promote recent jewellery collections, festive offers, and exclusive showroom events.
Follow up with customers regarding product inquiries, quotations, and pending purchases.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database regularly.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-up.
Address customer concerns and coordinate with the sales team for timely resolution.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.




Support marketing campaigns through promotional calling and customer engagement.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or retail (jewellery experience is an advantage).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
Robust interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude, patience, and customer-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
