Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Technician to join our Production & Manufacturing team in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for E-SIM soldering, PCB soldering, electronic rework, field installation, servicing, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic devices used in the automobile sector.

Key Responsibilities
Perform E-SIM soldering, PCB soldering, and electronic component rework.
Install and configure electronic devices at customer, vehicle, and field locations.
Conduct testing, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic equipment.
Use soldering stations, multimeters, and other basic electronic testing tools.
Identify and rectify basic wiring, hardware, connectivity, and installation issues.
Ensure proper functioning and quality of installed devices.
Maintain required service records, installation reports, and documentation.
Complete assigned production and field service activities within the given timelines.
Travel to customer, vehicle, and other field locations as required.
Follow company safety standards, quality procedures, and work instructions.

Requirements
E-SIM soldering experience is mandatory.
1–2 years of relevant experience in soldering, electronics assembly, repair, or field service is preferred.




Experience in PCB soldering and electronic component rework.
Basic knowledge of electronic components, wiring, and testing equipment.
Ability to use a soldering station, multimeter, and basic hand tools.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech qualification preferred.
Candidates from Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Automobile backgrounds may apply.
Willingness to travel for field work.
Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
