Job Description: Telecaller – Builders / Real Estate

Position: Telecaller

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for residential and commercial projects.
Follow up with leads received through advertisements, websites, social media, and other sources.
Explain project details, including location, specifications, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable properties/projects.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and convert leads into site visits and sales opportunities.
Update customer information, call records, lead status, and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with sales executives regarding scheduled appointments and site visits.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Preferred Candidate




Previous experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive in a Builder, Real Estate, or Property Development company is preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam; Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/CRM.
Ability to handle high-volume calls and follow-ups.
Target-oriented and willing to work as part of a sales team.
