We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, develop, and coordinate building.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.
Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
Develop design proposals based on client requirements, project brief, and budget.
Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software.
Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
Review shop drawings, material samples, and technical submissions.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and site engineers.
Identify design and construction issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
Assist with preparation of BOQs, specifications, material selections, and project documentation.




Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project correspondence.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
Relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination is preferred.
Solid knowledge of architectural planning and construction practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, or other design software is an advantage.
Good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
Robust communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
Good design sense and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
