About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative activities. It is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
Support onboarding and documentation processes.
Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Assist the HR team in various recruitment and operational activities.





Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
