Job Description
Operate HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) machines as per production requirements.
Load and unload components and monitor machining operations.
Perform in-process inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
Ensure components meet quality standards and report any defects.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance guidelines.
Achieve daily production targets while following company procedures.
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience as an HMC Operator.
Basic knowledge of HMC machine operation and measuring instruments.
Ability to read basic engineering drawings is preferred.
Willing to work in rotational shifts and overtime.
