About the Role
Chinmaya International Foundation (CIF) is looking for an energetic and sharp Assistant Camp Coordinator to help us pull off incredible camps, retreats, workshops, and events. You’ll be right in the action - planning, promoting, and running events while working closely with our teams to make sure every participant has an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
Own the Event Experience: Take charge of planning and hosting awesome camps, retreats, and events from initial setup to game day.
Spread the Word: Teaming up with the Marketing & Media crews to create hype, boost social reach, and get people signed up.
Handle Behind-the-Scenes Logistics: Take care of accommodation, venue setups, and all the moving parts so attendees have a smooth stay.
Drive Outreach & Growth: Brainstorm and launch cool campaigns to grow camp attendance and welcome more participants.
Keep Track of the Details: Help keep track of budgets,



organize event documents, and write up post-event recaps.
Lead on the Ground: Run on-site event operations during live events and support the team so everything runs without a hitch.

Requirements
Relevant Degree: Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven Track Record: 2–5 years of hands-on experience running events, managing camps, or coordinating projects.
Bilingual Communicator: Explicit, confident speaker and writer in both English and Malayalam.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating MS Office, Zoom, and up-to-date CRM platforms.
Problem Solver: Sharp organizational skills, great people instincts, and a knack for tackling challenges on the fly.
Team Player: Able to juggle multiple priorities effortlessly while collaborating across teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
