Retail Sales Executive

About the Role

Antariya Silks is looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join our store team. The ideal candidate should be friendly, well-presented, customer-oriented, and comfortable handling day-to-day retail operations.

You will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales, coordinating tailoring requirements, responding to customer enquiries, and supporting the smooth functioning of the store.

Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.
Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting suitable products.
Handle sales and billing efficiently and accurately.
Take and coordinate tailoring orders, ensuring customer requirements are recorded correctly.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp.
Manage basic social media activities, including responding to Instagram messages and customer enquiries.
Assist with day-to-day miscellaneous activities required for the smooth functioning of the store.




Organise, arrange, and maintain stock and product displays.
Ensure the store is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
Maintain a positive and welcoming experience for every customer.

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, polite, and customer-focused personality.
Basic knowledge of operating a computer and smartphone.
Comfortable using WhatsApp and Instagram.
Ability to learn and understand products quickly.
Positive organisational skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in retail, fashion, sarees, or customer service will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.

Someone who is responsible, proactive, well-organised, and genuinely enjoys interacting with customers. The role involves multiple aspects of store operations, so willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities is key.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
