We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to drive General Trade sales in Bhubaneswar & Cuttack. The candidate will be responsible for managing distributors, expanding outlet coverage, achieving sales targets, and leading the sales team to ensure market growth and product availability.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage and strengthen distributor relationships.
Expand market coverage and increase outlet reach.
Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
Build strong relationships with retailers.
Lead and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Track sales performance and support business growth initiatives.

Desired Profile
3–4 years of experience in FMCG General Trade Sales.
Solid distributor and retailer management skills.
Valuable leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
