Role Overview

SLS Shipping Logistics is hiring a driven B2B Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our client base across export and import logistics. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, presenting our shipping and freight solutions, and closing partnership deals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Reach out to prospective B2B clients using the provided industry database.
Client Engagement: Introduce company services, fix demo sessions/meetings, and explain custom logistics solutions to prospective clients.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with exporters, importers, and industry stakeholders.
Sales Pipeline Management: Follow up on qualified leads, address client queries, and move prospects through the sales funnel to close deals.

Key Requirements & Skills
Industry Knowledge:



Prior experience or solid foundational understanding of Freight Forwarding, Shipping Lines, Logistics, or Custom Clearance / Custom Brokerage.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Tamil and English (mandatory). Knowledge of additional regional or foreign languages is a major advantage.
Communication: Strong interpersonal, cold-calling, and persuasion skills.
Drive: Target-oriented mindset with the capability to meet lead generation and demo quotas.
