Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and convert leads into customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic/international travel packages.

Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.

Generate bookings and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Prepare and share quotations and travel packages with customers.

Negotiate and close deals effectively.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until conversion.

Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.

Maintain accurate lead and sales records.

Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of confirmed bookings.

Consistently work towards improving conversion ratio and revenue generation.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.

Candidates from Travel Sales, Insurance Sales, Pharma/Medical Sales, Banking, Telecom, Real Estate, B2B/B2C Sales, Telesales or any other target-oriented sales background are welcome.

Strong sales attitude and convincing skills.

Positive communication skills; working-level English communication is sufficient.





Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with customers.

Target-oriented and motivated by incentives and performance.

Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.

Candidates with a proven track record in hardcore calling and sales conversion will be preferred.

Freshers with exceptional communication and sales ability may also be considered.
