F&B; Supervisor – Job Description
Supervise daily F&B; operations and ensure quality food and service standards.
Coordinate with canteen vendors and dieticians for smooth meal planning and service.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, inventory, wastage, and consumption.
Manage and guide F&B; staff to ensure productive operations.
Control food costs and minimize the F&B; budget without compromising quality.
Handle feedback/complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma with relevant F&B; experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
