JOB DESCRIPTION:
A. CUSTOMER ENTRY
⮚ Welcome the customer by greeting them:
⮚ Greet every customer: Valuable Morning/ Afternoon/ Evening ⮚ (as per the time)
⮚ Be a guide to them, by directing them to the desired sections
⮚ Direct customers to cash counter in case of: Exchange/ Lost & Found items
B. CUSTOMER EXIT
Make a happy ending to customer’s shopping experience by:
⮚ Cash Counter Queue Management ● Take Feedback while customers are waiting in queue for billing ● If any kid is making noise in queue at cash counter, try to entertain the kid
C. OTHER DUTIES:
⮚ Make sure Security Guard is present near the Store Entry & performing his duties. In case of any deviation: inform Store Manager
⮚ Make sure cashier is available for billing and customer is not waiting.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
