Job Summary

We are looking for a Fiber Connectivity Engineer to handle fiber broadband installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer connectivity activities across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain FTTH / FTTx fiber connections.
Perform fiber cable laying, splicing, termination, and testing.
Install and configure ONU/ONT and customer-premises equipment.
Troubleshoot fiber cuts, signal loss, and connectivity issues.
Attend customer service complaints and restore connectivity.
Conduct current broadband installations and service activations.
Coordinate with NOC, installation, and service teams for technical issues.
Maintain installation, fault, and daily field activity records.

Requirements
Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Telecom, Electronics, Networking, or related field.
1–11 years of experience in FTTH, Fiber Optics, ISP, or Telecom preferred.




Basic knowledge of fiber splicing, networking, and troubleshooting.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
