You will handle the end-to-end hiring process, finding and securing top talent to fuel our business growth. If you are outstanding at networking and building relationships, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities
Source: Find active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and portals.
Screen: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills and culture fit.
Coordinate: Schedule interviews and manage feedback loops with hiring managers.
Offer: Manage salary negotiations and help onboard current hires.

Requirements
Location: Must be able to reliably commute to our office in Althan, Surat.
Experience: 2+ years of recruitment experience (Consulting or Agency background preferred).
Skills: Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, ATS) and excellent communication.
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
