Job Overview

We are hiring a Restaurant In-Charge to manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth and efficient restaurant functioning.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
Supervise and manage the outlet team.
Maintain food quality, hygiene and safety standards.
Handle customer queries and complaints.
Monitor inventory, stock and wastage.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
Maintain daily operational and sales records.
Follow company SOPs and ensure smooth outlet functioning.

Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
2+ years of experience in QSR/Restaurant operations.
QSR experience is mandatory.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
