Job Description – VP / Construction Head

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities
Lead overall construction operations and multiple projects from contract finalization to project handover.
Handle key clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Lead client meetings, project review meetings, negotiations, and escalations.
Drive contract negotiation, commercial closure, variations, claims, and billing coordination.
Monitor project progress, timelines, quality, cost, safety, and profitability.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Commercial, Planning, QA/QC, MEP, and Finance teams.
Ensure timely resolution of technical, commercial, and client-related issues.
Take overall responsibility for project completion, snag closure, documentation, and final handover.
Provide regular project updates and strategic inputs to the Managing Director / Directors.




Lead, mentor, and manage senior project and construction teams.

Mandatory Requirements
B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
18–25+ years of experience in construction/real estate.
Solid experience in client handling, contract negotiation, commercial closure, and project handover.
Experience in high-rise residential / large-scale construction projects preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills.
