Job Description

We are looking for a Freelance Architect with 3–5 years of experience to support our construction projects with architectural planning, drawings, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and modify architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Coordinate architectural drawings with site requirements.
Visit project sites when required and provide design clarification.
Coordinate with Civil Engineers, QS, Draftsman, and Project Managers.
Make revisions based on client and site requirements.
Prepare and maintain as-built drawings.
Ensure drawings are accurate and suitable for construction.

Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Valuable knowledge of architectural planning and construction detailing.
Understanding of civil and architectural drawings.
Positive knowledge of building construction.
Ability to coordinate with site teams.
Previous construction/project experience preferred.

Qualification: B.Arch / Diploma or relevant qualification
