Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls in a skilled manner.
Communicate with customers from different countries and understand their queries, concerns, and requirements.
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions within the defined process guidelines.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain skilled communication, proper call etiquette, and a customer-focused approach.
Document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the CRM/system.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
