Job Position:- Dispatch Executive

Location:- Kochi, Kerala
Salary:- ₹12,500 – ₹14,000 per month
Experience:- Fresher

Key Responsibilities:-
Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents and records.
Coordinate with delivery personnel, transporters, and internal teams.
Track dispatched items and follow up on delivery status.
Verify quantity, packing, and delivery details before dispatch.
Maintain dispatch registers and update records regularly.
Handle basic customer and delivery-related queries.
Assist in preparing daily dispatch reports.
Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, sales, and logistics teams.
Perform other dispatch-related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:-
Any Graduate / Diploma.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Positive attention to detail.
Willingness to learn logistics and dispatch operations.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
