Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on Google Ads experience to manage paid campaigns and improve lead generation and conversions.

Responsibilities
Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Create and optimize ad copies and campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and budgets.
Optimize CPC, CTR, conversions and lead quality.
Track campaign results and identify areas for improvement.
Perform regular campaign audits and optimization.
Maintain campaign reports and performance data.
Coordinate with the marketing team on campaign objectives.
Stay updated with Google Ads and PPC best practices.

Requirements




Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Google Ads/PPC.
Knowledge of Search Ads and campaign optimization.
Understanding of keyword research, bidding and conversion tracking.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Valuable communication skills.
Candidates with practical campaign-management experience are preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000/month based on experience and skills.
