Identify and connect with potential shippers and carriers.
Negotiate freight rates and manage transportation deals.
Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships.
Coordinate shipments and ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience is required
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
Solid sales and target-oriented mindset
Willingness to work in the US/night shift
Prior experience in Freight Brokerage/Logistics preferred
