We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader to manage and coordinate our team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills, along with the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate team members.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
Ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.
Coordinate with management and other departments.
Handle team-related issues and resolve conflicts professionally.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and work standards.
Train and guide recent team members.
Prepare and maintain reports as required.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Eligibility




Minimum 2 years of Team Leader / Supervisory experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Valuable team-management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Healthcare/hospital experience will be an advantage.
