Job Summary

WeShine Academy is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable JE Exam Trainer to train students preparing for Junior Engineer (JE) and other technical competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and exam-oriented coaching classes for JE aspirants.
Teach relevant technical subjects based on the prescribed syllabus.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, and mock tests.
Conduct regular revision and doubt-clearing sessions.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Help students improve their technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and exam performance.
Stay updated with the latest JE exam syllabus, pattern, and recruitment notifications.

Eligibility




Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline.
Strong technical subject knowledge.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Prior experience in competitive exam coaching is preferred.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
