nAppsTek Corp is seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Senior Consultant with 8–12 years of hands-on experience to join our growing Oracle Enterprise Applications practice.
nThis role is designed for a solid Oracle Financials functional skilled who can go beyond implementation and configuration to understand customer business problems, lead consulting engagements, shape solutions, support pre-sales, and guide delivery teams toward successful outcomes.
nThe ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and client executives, conducting discovery and solution workshops, challenging existing processes, recommending Oracle best practices, and translating business requirements into practical, scalable Oracle Financials solutions across Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Engage directly with customers to understand business objectives, operational challenges, process gaps and transformation priorities.n
Conduct current-state assessments and identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization and optimization.n
Translate business problems into practical Oracle Financials solution options.n
Challenge requirements where appropriate and recommend Oracle standard capabilities and industry best practices.n
Define future-state business processes and solution approaches aligned with customer objectives.n
Help customers evaluate solution alternatives based on business value, complexity, cost and implementation considerations.n

nSolutioning & Pre-Sales

Partner with sales and account teams during discovery and pre-sales engagements.n
Lead discovery calls, requirement discussions, solution workshops and executive presentations.n
Develop solution concepts, high-level architecture
