Manage day-to-day hub and warehouse operations.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
Ensure proper scanning, sorting, bagging, loading, and dispatch of shipments.
Track shipment status and resolve operational issues or escalations.
Coordinate with warehouse, transport, delivery, and other internal teams.
Maintain operational reports, documentation, and records.
Ensure shipments are processed within defined timelines and operational SLAs.
Monitor manpower productivity and support team coordination.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, security, and quality standards.
Maintain proper housekeeping and productive workflow within the hub.
Identify operational gaps and support process improvements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
