We are looking for a young, energetic, target-oriented Sales Team Lead to manage a team of 8–10 Sales Executives.

Key Requirement
Robust target & sales orientation
1–2+ years’ experience in Sales + Team Handling
Experience in Loans / Insurance / Credit Cards / Financial Sales / Target-based Sales preferred
Proven ability to drive team targets & conversions
Proactive, responsible & highly accountable
Excellent communication & people-management skills
English + Kannada mandatory
Valuable computer & CRM knowledge
Ability to train, motivate, monitor and retain the team
Must be willing to work from office, full time
