System Monitoring: Watch computer screens and dashboards for error messages, alerts, or system slowdowns.
Batch Processing: Run scheduled jobs, nightly updates, and data backups according to company timelines.
Maintenance: Clean equipment, load printer paper, and manage the inventory of computer supplies.
User Support: Answer questions and help staff or clients with basic computer problems.
