Field service support for Esco productsn
Handle all breakdown calls in the earliest response timen
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and effectively manage customer expectationsn
Prepares monthly reports to present the overall performance of the service and technical application managementn
Monitors repairs and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency and to target required hours for machine repairn
Responsible for decisions when to investigate the escalation process in order to resolve a customer concern/issuen
Publish and maintain all service documentation in a Service Binder for distribution to field service organizationsn
Maintain online service documentation on the Esco distributor intranetn
Perform troubleshooting, commissioning, certification of units promotedn
Provides effective teamwork, building a solid relationship with customer contactsn
Carry out hands-on tra
