Requirement: Cosmetic Laboratory Jr. Analyst :
Hands-on experience in testing and analysis of cosmetic products, including toothpaste, shampoos, face powders, gels, creams, soaps, and other personal care products, with thorough knowledge of relevant quality control parameters.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining analytical instruments used in cosmetic testing, including:
UV-Visible Spectrophotometer
Brookfield Viscometer
Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) for Heavy Metal Analysis (Pb, As, Cd, Hg)
Foam Height/Performance Testing Equipment
Instruments for Preservative Analysis and Preservative Efficacy Testing
SPF Determination for Sunscreen Products by UV Spectrophotometric Method
Other routine analytical instruments and test equipment used in cosmetic laboratories.
Sound knowledge of BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) specifications, test methods, and regulatory requirements applicable to cosmetic products, along with familiarity with other national and international standards.
