nOur client, a leading professionally managed organisation with a robust presence across premium and commercial assets, is looking for a Senior Manager – HR Business Partner to lead the HR agenda for its South India portfolio.
nKey Responsibilities

Partner with senior business leaders on HR strategy and people priorities.n
Drive workforce planning, organization design and talent management.n
Lead succession planning, performance management and leadership development.n
Drive employee engagement, retention and employee relations.n
Advise and coach leaders on people and organizational matters.n
Support change management and business expansion initiatives.n




Leverage HR analytics and insights to support business decisions.n
Ensure effective HR governance and policy implementation across the region.n

nIdeal Candidate
n
n
12–15 years of HR experience with solid HRBP / Business HR exposure.n
Experience independently managing a regional or large business portfolio.n
Strong stakeholder management and experience partnering with senior leadership.n
Preferred: Hospitality, Hotels & Resorts, Premium Services, Travel & Leisure or other large service-led organizations.n
Candidates from Retail, Facility Management, Commercial Real Estate, Aviation, BFSI, IT/ITES and Skilled Services may also be considered.n
