Job Description: Responsibilities and Duties:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and skilled networks, Job Portals)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement
Lead employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department




Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Desired skill set:
Proven work experience as a TA for US, Australia and UK Accounting & tax hiring.
mainly Hands-on experience with US taxation forms of individual and business taxation along with prepare and reviewer hirings.
best Knowledge of Job Portals like Naukri.com and LinkedIn recruiter
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Specialization into Human Resources Management or relevant field
