Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidate matches
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Should be able to work on targets and ensure timely closure
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience handling IT and Non-IT hiring
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
