Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the approved schedule.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, architects, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Verify and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Ensure quality standards are maintained through regular inspections and corrective actions.
Monitor labor productivity and resource utilization.
Plan material requirements and coordinate with the Purchase and Stores departments for timely availability.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Maintain site records, measurement books, work logs, and documentation.
Verify subcontractor work measurements and billing.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
Identify site issues, propose solutions, and report critical concerns to the Project Manager.
Attend site meetings and coordinate with stakeholders regarding project progress.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
