Client Relationship Manager

Location: Kochi

Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, and service requests.
Convert leads into successful business prospects.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective client management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Resolve client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain client records, reports, and follow-up schedules.
Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in client handling, sales, or business development.
Robust sales conversion and negotiation skills.




Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Location: Kochi

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
