We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with 2–3 years of experience in Designing commercial office spaces, Architecture, or Interior Design. The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating architectural drawings, 2D & 3D models, realistic visualisations, and renders for commercial projects.

The candidate will work closely with designer(Manager), and the marketing team to transform concepts and designs into high-quality visual representations.

Key Responsibilities
Create detailed 3D architectural drawings, floor plans, layouts, and elevations.
Develop high-quality 3D models and visualisations for residential and commercial projects.
Create realistic interior and exterior renders.
Prepare 3D walkthroughs and architectural presentations when required.
Work closely with project team to understand design concepts and project requirements.
Ensure accuracy in dimensions, materials, lighting, textures, and architectural details. Modify and revise designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
Maintain consistency with project specifications, design standards,



and brand guidelines.
Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

*2–3 years of experience as a 3D Designer in the Commercial(officeSpace) Architecture studio, Interior Designer,
Solid knowledge of architectural design principles, space planning, and visualisation.

Proficiency in software such as:
AutoCAD
3D Max
V-Ray / Corona Renderer
Revit
SketchUp

Robust understanding of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and material application.
Ability to create realistic and visually appealing architectural renders and walkthroughs.
Positive understanding of floor plans, elevations, sections, and architectural drawings.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with architects, designers, and other stakeholders.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
