nAbout the role
nACRED is an integrated property firm — real estate advisory, construction, interiors and development. We hold sales mandates for multiple residential and plotted projects in Bengaluru. Every enquiry we get passes through pre-sales first.
nYou own that function. Build the team, run the calling discipline, and turn raw enquiries into qualified site visits. Success at six months: consistent site-visit numbers across every mandate, lower cost per site visit, and a CRM management can forecast from.
nResponsibilities

Lead and train the pre-sales team to hit monthly qualified-lead and site-visit targetsn
Personally handle inbound and outbound calls; qualify leads and book site visitsn
Own individual targets alongside team targetsn
Manage lead flow across multiple active mandates without letting any pipeline go coldn
Map customer requirement, budget and timeline to the right ACRED projectn




Drive conversion: lead → qualified lead → site visit → sales chancen
Allocate leads and monitor follow-up discipline, connect rates and conversionn
Coach the team on scripts, objection handling and follow-upn
Coordinate with sales, channel partner and marketing teams to improve lead qualityn
Keep CRM accurate and currentn
Report daily and weekly performance; act where numbers slipn

nQualifications

n
4–7 years in real estate pre-sales, including 1–2 years leading a teamn
Proven record of hitting individual and team targetsn
Knowledge of the Bengaluru residential marketn
Solid communication, persuasion and negotiation skillsn
Fluent in English and Kannada; Hindi an advantagen
Hands-on with CRM and structured lead managementn
Able to coach and retain a calling teamn
Graduate in any disciplinen
