Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
Ensure accurate inventory management by following FIFO/LIFO principles wherever applicable.
Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and minimize inventory discrepancies.
Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff while ensuring high productivity and discipline.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, procurement, and other internal teams for timely inward and outward movement of goods.
Ensure timely order processing and dispatch while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.
Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
Identify process improvement prospects to enhance warehouse productivity and reduce operational costs.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Inventory Management, FIFO & LIFO practices.
Experience in warehouse operations and stock control.




Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Robust organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Relevant certifications in Warehouse or Inventory Management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
