Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm current initiatives.
nKey Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination: Support the end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.n
Liaison Role: Serve as the communication bridge between clients, internal creative and servicing teams, talent managers, and vendors.n
Paperwork & Legal: Handle documentation including contracts, NDAs, brand approvals, and campaign agreements in coordination with the legal and finance teams.n
Database Management: Maintain and update internal databases for brands, influencers, celebrity associations, campaign trackers, and vendor lists.n
Research & Insights: Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and campaign analysis to support business development and creative strategy.n
Trend Monitoring:



Track emerging trends across social media, entertainment, fashion, and brand marketing to identify prospects for innovation.n
Presentation & Reporting: Prepare marketing decks, campaign presentations, and post-campaign reports in PowerPoint / Google Slides.n
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with creative, PR, and production teams to ensure brand consistency and effective execution.n
Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day coordination, follow-ups, and approvals across projects.n

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiencen
2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand man
